An original and fascinating way to discover Turin, the birthplace of Italian cinema, through one of the city’s most iconic landmarks.

The guided tour of the National Cinema Museum takes you inside the Mole Antonelliana, the city’s iconic landmark, on a journey through the history and evolution of the seventh art. The remarkable exhibition designed by François Confino transforms the museum into a truly immersive and engaging experience: ancient optical devices, magic lanterns, costumes, props, precious memorabilia and evocative settings bring to life the atmosphere and scenes from some of the most celebrated films in cinema history.

The tour culminates with the panoramic lift, which takes you up to the Tempietto, 85 metres above the ground, where you can enjoy a spectacular panoramic view of Turin and the Alps.

To complete the experience, the tour can continue with a walk through the historic Jewish Ghetto, just a few steps from the Mole Antonelliana. An opportunity to discover the city’s ancient tradition of chocolate, which took root right here (extra service).
